We know that everybody has different working needs. That’s why our GoFlex policy allows eligible team members to work from the office, from home or a bit of both. We just ask everybody to be in the office once or twice a month to connect in-person!

Rest and recharge with 25 days of paid annual leave and bank holidays that can be taken flexibly. Plus, celebrate your birthday properly with an extra day off.

We provide all team members a cash health plan or private medical coverage post probation—the only cost to you is any excess or associated tax. You can also pay to upgrade the coverage or add a partner or family member. We also offer sick leave at full pay, increasing with length of service.

OpenUp is available for all team members to get support for anything that is on your mind. You can speak with a qualified therapist, participate in meditation and access other mental health resources.

We know the importance of financial wellbeing, so we provide all team members with access to unlimited 1:1s with financial advisors, and optional salary sacrifice benefits.

We offer enhanced parental leave, including up to 26 weeks full maternity pay if you’ve been with us for three years, and four weeks full paternity pay post probation.

Pack your suitcases! After your first six months, we allow all eligible colleagues to work virtually from almost anywhere for up to two months in a rolling 12 month period.
